Enjoy an interactive class during which A519's Chocolatier, Amanda Wright, leads you through the steps of producing a chocolate truffle. These steps include painting an acrylic mold with colored cocoa butter, tempering chocolate and creating chocolate shells, cooking a ganache, piping the filling into the molded chocolate truffle, and finally, putting a bottom on the truffle. These steps provide you with the knowledge to produce a truffle from start to finish.
Masks must be worn during the entire class and frequent hand washing and sanitizing will be required. Gloves, aprons, and hair nets will be provided and must be worn throughout the class. Please no BYO snacks or drinks as bottled water and plenty of chocolate will be provided. When possible, please leave personal items in the car.
