Enjoy an interactive class during which A519's Chocolatier, Amanda Wright, leads you through the steps of producing a chocolate truffle.  These steps include painting an acrylic mold with colored cocoa butter, tempering chocolate and creating chocolate shells, cooking a ganache, piping the filling into the molded chocolate truffle, and finally, putting a bottom on the truffle.  These steps provide you with the knowledge to produce a truffle from start to finish.  

At the end of the class, each guest will receive a nine-piece box of your hand-made truffles.  Additionally, each guest will receive a 20% off coupon for a future purchase on our online store. 

The chocolate class lasts between 2 and 3 hours. The cost is $100 per person.  Nights and weekends are available.
